Associate Certificate in Environmental Management (IEMA)
This course is designed to raise the professional competence of environmental practitioners by assessing their knowledge and understanding of environmental management and its application. It is aimed at those people who have a basic understanding of environmental issues and want to expand their knowledge and understanding to Associate Membership. All delegates who have successfully completed this IEMA approved course will gain Associate Membership of the Institute of Environmental Assessment (AIEMA).

ENTRY REQUIREMENT AND EXEMPTIONS
Some prior knowledge of environmental issues is recommended such as those gained by undertaking the IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management.
The following exemptions are available on RRC’s Classroom Courses for holders of the following awards:
NEBOSH Environmental Certificate – exemption for week 1
The course should have been studied within two years of commencing the IEMA Associate Certificate course.

Assessment:
The IEMA Associate Certificate in Environmental Management is assessed by a two-and-a-half hour examination which can be completed on-line (via the IEMA Portal) or at our exam center in Accra, Ghana
